Sometimes using water and chemicals to power flush, is simply not aggressive enough for the type or amount of sludge in the system. Powder flushing is done if a normal power flush fail or might fail to solve the problem. Powder flushing is a cleaning process whereby an abrasive powder is added to the water while power flushing. It is very safe to use on all systems, non-toxic and very effective at removing hardened sludge. The process can be used on individual parts or systems as a whole. Eg. A boiler or section of pipe can be individually powder flushed if a power flush failed to cure the problem in that section.
